[Chugalug] backuping up your CD's is wrong

Last I checked it was something along the lines of:  "Prove to us that 
we're dropping your connection every time you do x,y,z over https, or 
prove to us that p2p traffic causes QoS throttling that makes your VOIP 
die, or ...."  followed by "Okay, so you've proved it uh we'll put in a 
work order request and get back to you... someday..."

At least now when I commit code/project repositories to svn over ssl  my 
connection doesn't die half the time.  :)  It would be interesting to 
know if anyone else on comcast can tar.gz up some large database export 
and try to commit it to svn over https and see what happens.
