[Chugalug] bandwidth question

You share bandwidth with everyone else on your segment.

There is no accurate way to answer "real world" but you can estimate
theoretical and you will need to know the up and down speeds.

Then do your calculation on the lesser of the 2 unless you like to be
disappointed.
